Once HRM has your specific meeting information, we begin the detailed search. Now you can focus on your other responsibilities.
STEP 2: Review the HRM Hotel Summary
HRM will compile a Hotel Summary Report for your review. The Hotel Summary will list all available hotels and their corresponding initial group rates. Hotels are listed in order of HRM recommendations according to your specific meeting needs. We list ALL hotels, not just recommended hotels. STEP 3: Select your favorite hotel.
With the HRM Hotel Summary, you can now make an educated decision for your very important meeting. HRM will assist with final negotiations to insure the best deal is attained, and also review contract terms to be certain your organization is not over committing. Once the hotel contract is confirmed, HRM will ask the hotel representative to contact you directly to arrange final details such as menu selections.
